Prosecutor's Office Responds to Anna Hakobyan's Report Regarding '88' Supermarkets
The Prosecutor General's Office has initiated proceedings in response to a report received from Anna Hakobyan, the wife of the Armenian Prime Minister, addressed to the Prosecutor General. This was confirmed by the Prosecutor General's Office in response to an inquiry from Auroranews.am.
Earlier, it was reported that Anna Hakobyan stated she had contacted the Prosecutor General’s Office regarding possible pressure on entrepreneurs and alerts related to the '88' supermarket chain, requesting an investigation. She emphasized that such actions, if confirmed, imply criminal liability and urged affected businesspeople to approach law enforcement.
Days ago, Anna Hakobyan made a post stating that she has no affiliation with the '88' supermarkets.
