Restoration of Armenian Sovereign Territories Under Azerbaijani Control is Possible, Says Papikyan
The Minister of Defense of Armenia, Suren Papikyan, believes that it is possible to restore the sovereign territories of Armenia that have come under Azerbaijani control during the tenure of the ruling Civil Contract party.
“Of course, I see a possibility. Through the work of the delimitation and demarcation commission,” Papikyan stated in a conversation with reporters in parliament.
