Modern Offices of Migration and Citizenship Services to Open in Two Major Malls in Yerevan
The Minister of Internal Affairs, Arpine Sarkisyan, has announced plans to open modern offices in Armenia’s capital, Yerevan, located in two of the busiest shopping complexes. These offices will feature state-of-the-art self-service kiosks equipped for biometric data collection.
The centers will also include play areas for children and will offer services that meet international standards.
Sarkisyan emphasized that this initiative establishes a new approach to the delivery of public services in Armenia, marking the end of the outdated and low-quality infrastructure associated with the passport system and breaking stereotypes within the sector.
