Mikhail Khodorkovsky Included in Extremists and Terrorists List
The Russian financial monitoring agency, Rosfinmonitoring, has included political figure Mikhail Khodorkovsky (designated as a foreign agent by Russia's Ministry of Justice) and former State Duma deputy Dmitry Gudkov (also classified as a foreign agent in Russia) in its list of extremists and terrorists, TASS reports.
On October 14, the FSB announced that several foreign agents have been charged in connection with an attempted violent seizure of power in Russia. The main suspect identified is Mikhail Khodorkovsky, the former CEO of Yukos.
Khodorkovsky and former Russian Prime Minister Mikhail Kasyanov (who is also classified as a foreign agent) have been accused of creating a terrorist organization. Former State Duma deputy Dmitry Gudkov is also involved in the case.
