Georgia Expels Record Number of Foreign Nationals This Year
Since the beginning of 2025, more than 1,000 foreign nationals have been expelled from Georgia, as reported by Novosti-Georgia, referencing the country's Ministry of Internal Affairs.
"This is an unprecedented high figure. It significantly exceeds the total number of individuals expelled over the past three years," stated the Ministry of Internal Affairs.
Those expelled are banned from entering the country. For comparison, last year, 363 foreign citizens were expelled from Georgia.
