Russia Can Organize Rail Transport to Armenia Through Azerbaijani Territory, Says Pashinyan
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced at the international conference "Orbelian Forum: Building Peace and Multilateral Cooperation" that the possibility of Russia organizing rail transport to Armenia through Azerbaijani territory is under discussion.
"What is happening is a factor for long-term peace, stability, and economic cooperation," Pashinyan noted, emphasizing the strategic importance of restoring regional communications. According to him, implementing transport in this format could create new opportunities not only for Armenia but for all South Caucasus countries, fostering economic ties and mutual trust.
