Russia's Ministry of Foreign Affairs on Ongoing Negotiations Between Moscow and Baku
Russia and Azerbaijan are conducting practical negotiations to facilitate the swift return of Russian citizens to their homeland. This was stated by the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Maria Zakharova, as reported by RIA Novosti.
