Employers and Employees to Use New Digital Employment Contract System

A new system for digital employment contracts has been launched, allowing employers and employees to conclude, modify, and sign contracts online without the need for paper documentation. This information comes from the Tax Committee.

The system is trilingual and enables the drafting and validation of employment contracts, adjustment of salaries or positions, electronic signing of agreements, and the ability to view all documents on personal pages, among other features.

Until the end of the year, the process is voluntary, but starting January 2026, it will become mandatory. Existing paper contracts must also be digitized within one year.
