We Act That Way and Will Continue to Do So: Netanyahu

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced that Israel, as a sovereign state, decides its own security policy and which foreign powers it collaborates with, according to Reuters.

“We control our own security and have made it clear to international forces that Israel decides which forces are unacceptable to us, and that is how we act and will continue to act,” said Netanyahu.

Earlier, media reports indicated that Israel opposes the deployment of Turkish forces in the Gaza Strip, considering Ankara's support for the Palestinian Hamas group.

At the same time, it has been reported that Azerbaijan has expressed its readiness to deploy its troops in that enclave.
