Leonid Nevzlin Denies Allegations, Reports to Lithuanian Police
Russian businessman Leonid Nevzlin has reported to the Lithuanian police regarding accusations that he organized an attack against opposition figure Leonid Volkov in Vilnius.
Yesterday, Alexei Navalny's team announced that another opposition figure, close to Mikhail Khodorkovsky, had accused the prominent businessman Leonid Nevzlin of orchestrating the attack on Volkov in Vilnius.
Nevzlin informed the police that lawyer Anatoly Blinov allegedly attempted provocatively to create the impression that he was the one who organized the attack on Volkov. Nevzlin has also stated that he has no connection to any assault on the opposition activist.
