Nikol Pashinyan Arrives in Rome
“We have arrived in Rome,” Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan announced. Earlier, we reported that Pashinyan is in the Vatican for a working visit from October 18 to 20.
On October 19, the Prime Minister will attend a ceremony at St. Peter’s Square for the canonization of Archbishop Ignatius Maloyan and six other Blessed individuals, which will be presided over by Pope Leo XIV.
As part of the visit, a private meeting is scheduled between Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan and His Holiness Pope Leo XIV. There will also be a meeting with the Secretary of State of the Vatican, Pietro Parolin.
