If I Become Prime Minister, I Will Raise the Question, I Will Ask: What Happened to the Nakhchivan Issue, Vladimir Vladimirovich. Vardan Ghukasyan
I am pro-Armenian; there is hardly anyone who loves the homeland more than I do. If I become the Prime Minister of Armenia, I will raise the question and ask: what happened to the Nakhchivan issue, Vladimir Vladimirovich.
This statement was made today by the Mayor of Gyumri, Vardan Ghukasyan, during a city council meeting.
He also asked, “What happened to the issue of Gars? With all these prime ministers and presidents, I will present myself in such a way that they will feel the presence of someone representing the Republic of Armenia. It is inherent; it is not acquired, and it is not tied to a position. A person should be like this from within,” he added.
