We Do Not Accept Azerbaijan's Precondition: Mirzoyan
The Foreign Minister of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, stated during a joint press conference with the OSCE Chairperson that Armenia has never assumed, nor will it ever assume, any obligation before a third party to change its Constitution.
“This is solely a decision for our citizens and part of our domestic agenda. Yes, Azerbaijan continues to put this issue forward as a precondition for signing a peace agreement. We do not accept this precondition,” the minister stated.
