Investigative Committee Provides Details on the Murder of Parakar Mayor

Following the murder of Parakar Mayor Valodya Grigoryan, the Investigative Department of the Armavir Regional Investigative Committee has initiated a criminal case under Article 155, Part 1, Clause 2, Article 44-155, Part 1, and Article 335, Part 1 of the RA Criminal Code.
