Armen Grigoryan on the Visit of the NSS Director to Baku
The National Security Service (NSS) will discuss the Director of the NSS only if necessary. This statement was made by Security Council Secretary Armen Grigoryan during a conversation with journalists within the framework of the 108th "Rose-Roth" seminar of the NATO Parliamentary Assembly that started in Yerevan, addressing the question of how he assesses NSS Director Andranik Simonian's visit to Baku.
In response to the question about whether the visit was productive and if any agreements were reached regarding the return of Armenian prisoners, the Secretary of the Security Council stated, "The NSS will provide all the information." Regarding the query about whether there are plans for the Secretary of the Security Council to visit Baku as well, Grigoryan replied, "There are no such discussions."
It is noteworthy that Andranik Simonian visited Baku for three days, from September 19 to 21, to participate in a forum.
