China Builds Dry Port Near Russia Border
China is constructing a dry port near its border with Russia. In the northeastern city of Suifenhe, a new China-Russia international cargo transportation port is being actively developed. The project covers an area of 23,738 square meters, with a total investment estimated at around $17 million.
As part of the complex, a modern high-class international center for the exhibition, storage, and redistribution of goods is planned, along with the construction of 'star-class' office buildings and themed hotels. Suifenhe is adjacent to the Primorsky Krai region of Russia.
