Zelensky Rejects Trump’s Proposals on Ukraine: Lavrov
Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky has rejected all proposals made by Donald Trump regarding conflict resolution during a meeting held in Washington, as stated by Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov in an interview with NBC.
Lavrov mentioned that Russia has agreed to show flexibility on certain issues raised by the U.S. President. “After Anchorage, President Trump proposed several points on which we share opinions, and on some of these we have agreed to show certain flexibility,” he said.
Speaking about the possibility of a meeting between Vladimir Putin and Zelensky, the minister mentioned that it is not planned. However, the president is ready to meet with Zelensky if the agenda for such a summit is prepared.
