Yerevan and Baku's Missing Persons Commissions Should Start Negotiations: Beglaryan
Armenia's former Chief of Staff Artak Beglaryan has addressed the issue of solving the problem of prisoners and missing persons through a pre-signed document. “After signing the Washington document, I see no obstacles for Yerevan to demand that these mechanisms be activated. The commissions for missing persons in Yerevan and Baku must start negotiations, implement mechanisms, and operate. However, the issue of prisoners, which falls under humanitarian concerns, has been overlooked in the pre-signed document. We all need to put pressure so that these issues are resolved within the same package,” he stated.
It should be noted that currently there is a rally in front of the Government building for the relatives of missing persons in Artsakh.
