Mikael Azhapahyan's Detention Extended by 10 Days
The court rejected the request for the release of Mikael Azhapahyan from detention. Judge Armine Meliksetyan upheld the measure of restraint, extending the detention period by another 10 days.
“The court notes that considering the limited scope of the proceedings, the detention period will be extended by 10 days,” said the judge. It is worth mentioning that Mikael Srvazany's lawyers had submitted a request for the issue of changing the measure of restraint to be discussed as a priority.
