Putin Agrees to Ukrainian Proposal in Negotiations
Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced his agreement to discuss the proposal made by the Ukrainian negotiator regarding security between Russia and Ukraine in the context of pan-European security. This statement was made during a press briefing following a meeting with Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko, as reported by Interfax.
“By the way, a thought was expressed by the Ukrainian delegation that it probably makes sense to discuss security between Russia and Ukraine in the context of pan-European security.
