David Ghazinyan Has No Form of Remaining: Temporary Manager of HETC
There will be dismissals within the top management, targeting specific individuals who have led HETC to its current state during their tenure. This was announced by the temporary manager of HETC, Romanos Petrosyan, in a conversation with journalists.
“David Ghazinyan has no form of remaining; it seems that he is one of those officials who has contributed to HETC reaching this situation,” said Petrosyan.

It should be noted that on July 18, by the decision of the Public Services Regulation Commission, Romanos Petrosyan was appointed as the temporary manager of HETC.
