Israeli Intervention in Events Unacceptable, Says Fidan
Turkey's Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan has informed his Syrian counterpart Assad Hassan Shaybani that Turkey is closely monitoring the developments occurring in the country. The Foreign Ministry has stated that Fidan had a telephone conversation with Syria's Foreign Minister Shaybani.
During the conversation, the situation prevailing in southern Syria was discussed. Fidan emphasized that Turkey is attentively observing the developments and reiterated that Turkey supports Syria's territorial integrity, unity, and sovereignty. He stated that Israeli intervention in these events is unacceptable.
