Due to Certain Events, IAEA Will Be Restructured: Araqchi
Tehran has been and remains committed to the Treaty on the Non-Proliferation of Nuclear Weapons. This was stated by Iran's Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi.
“Iran’s nuclear program will remain peaceful as it always has been. We are and will be a loyal member of the provisions of the Non-Proliferation Treaty,” the minister announced during his speech at a meeting with diplomatic representatives from various countries at the Iranian Foreign Ministry.
He also noted that Tehran has not ceased cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA); however, due to recent events, this cooperation will be restructured.
