Russian Delegation to Arrive in Istanbul with Special Proposals: Zakharova
The Russian delegation headed by President Vladimir Medinsky will arrive in Istanbul on June 2 for the second round of direct negotiations with Ukraine, according to Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry.
“We confirm that the delegation led by President Vladimir Medinsky will be in Istanbul on June 2 for the aforementioned round of negotiations. He will arrive with a draft memorandum and other proposals regarding a ceasefire,” the Russian diplomat noted.
