Japan Sets New World Record for Internet Speed
Japan has established a new world record for internet speed, thanks to a new 19-core optical fiber technology. From the outside, the cable looks like a regular one, but internally, it contains 19 channels instead of one.
Utilizing this innovative approach, the Asian country has achieved speeds of 1 million gigabits per second. Such high speeds have been accomplished due to the extensive use of VR and neural networks, which require substantial data flow.
