Ukraine Displays Its Entire Arsenal to Create a Negative Atmosphere: Russian Foreign Ministry

Russia is doing everything to organize the second round of negotiations with Ukraine, while Kyiv is trying to obstruct the conflict resolution process. This was stated by Rodion Miroshnik, the special envoy of the Russian Foreign Ministry for issues of crimes committed in Kyiv, as reported by Gazeta.Ru.

“Russia acts based on its interests. From our side, we have done everything necessary for the negotiations to take place between the parties. The Ukrainian side displays its entire arsenal to create a 'negative atmosphere' for the preparation and implementation of the negotiations,” he said.

According to Miroshnik, Ukraine's rhetoric is “very unique.”
