I Don't Understand, Explain It: You Are Very Ugly and Unpleasant in Your Expression, Iskandaryan

During a session of the Yerevan City Council, Grigor Iskandaryan, a member of the 'Mother Armenia' faction, was interrupted by Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan, who said, 'I cannot allow this circus to continue endlessly.'

In response to Avinyan’s remarks, Iskandaryan replied, 'I don’t understand what you mean by this circus, please explain. Secondly, you are expressing yourself in a very ugly and unpleasant manner, which is unacceptable for someone occupying that chair.'
