Ukraine Ready for 30-Day Ceasefire
Ukraine is ready for a 30-day ceasefire starting from Monday. This announcement was made by Ukraine's Foreign Minister Andriy Sybiha on his social media platform X.
According to him, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky, French President Emmanuel Macron, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz, as well as the Prime Ministers of Poland and the United Kingdom, Donald Tusk and Keir Starmer, have held negotiations with U.S. President Donald Trump within the framework of a 'volunteer coalition.'
'Ukraine and all allies are ready for a full, unconditional ceasefire on land, in the air, and at sea, starting from Monday for at least 30 days. If Russia agrees and effective monitoring is ensured, a lasting ceasefire and confidence-building measures can serve as a basis for peace negotiations,' wrote Sybiha.
