Oligarchs are in the First Ranks of Power, Says Artavazd Minasyan

“You speak of oligarchy, yet the largest oligarchs are sitting in the highest positions of power, some of whom are even ambassadors,” said Artavazd Minasyan, a member of the Armenia faction, during a discussion on the property tax hike bill at the National Assembly.
