Former MP Appointed Acting Director of Medical Center
Former MP Narek Zeynalanyan has been appointed as the acting director of the 'Saint Gregory the Illuminator' Medical Center. The information is confirmed by the Ministry of Health of Armenia.
The head of the department, Anahit Avanesyan, introduced Zeynalanyan to the medical and administrative staff.
It is noteworthy that earlier this April, it became known that two directors of medical institutions, Arman Hovakimyan and Narek Manukyan, had submitted their resignations. Health Minister Anahit Avanesyan announced that changes in directors were also expected in other medical centers.
Later, media reports indicated that Karen Tsarukyan was appointed as the acting director of the National Oncology Center, while Sargis Ghazaryan, head of the Intensive Care and Anesthesiology Department, was appointed as the acting director of the 'Saint Gregory the Illuminator' Hospital.
