To Retrieve the Stolen, One Must Understand Its Location: Pashinyan
The criticisms that have been directed at our government, claiming that we came to power through revolution and forgot to return the stolen assets, raise the question: did this $4.2 billion just fall from the sky? This was stated by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan in the National Assembly.
'Where does this $4.2 billion come from? In order to retrieve the stolen assets, we first need to understand the location of what was stolen and the mechanisms of theft, which primarily involve the shadow economy and tax evasion. I want to say that I categorically reject your criticisms; since the revolution, we have ruled out vendettas,' Pashinyan said.
