Kılıç's Comments After Meeting with Rubinyan
A meeting between Armenian-Turkish reconciliation envoys Ruben Rubinyan and Serdar Kılıç took place in Antalya. The parties discussed the restoration of the Ani Bridge. This information was provided to reporters by Turkey's special envoy for normalization of relations with Armenia, Serdar Kılıç, in an interview with the Azerbaijani APA agency sent to Antalya.
Kılıç stated that he expects a meeting between the foreign ministers of Turkey and Armenia to take place within the framework of the Antalya diplomatic forum. “We just had a conversation with Ruben Rubinyan, but we have not yet agreed on a specific date for the next meeting,” he noted.
Serdar Kılıç clarified that “Turkey is also demanding constitutional changes from Armenia.” He added, “Nikol Pashinyan has also made a statement regarding constitutional amendments; in this context, Armenia will make the necessary changes in its Constitution.”
