New Law on Foreign Agents Adopted in Georgia
On Tuesday, the Parliament of Georgia adopted a new law on foreign agents in its third and final reading. This legislation is similar to an American law.
The voting was broadcast live on the website of the country's supreme legislative body. “86 votes in favor, no votes against. The law has been adopted in its third reading,” stated Parliament Speaker Shalva Papuashvili.
