Vardan Ghukasyan Responds to Martun Grigoryan

The candidate for the mayor of Gyumri, Vardan Ghukasyan, wrote on Facebook: "The fact that the CP will not have a mayor in Gyumri has already been decided by the people of Gyumri, despite incredible pressures and injustices. In order for Gyumri to have an opposition mayor, Martun Grigoryan must follow the example of Ruben Mkhitaryan and Karen Simonian and clearly state that he will vote for the candidate who receives the most opposition votes."
