Ara Abrahamyan Denied Entry to Armenia, Says Ruben Melikyan
It has been reported that Ara Abrahamyan, the president of the Union of Armenians in Russia, is currently being denied entry into Armenia. Mr. Abrahamyan is at the Zvartnots airport. This was conveyed by lawyer Ruben Melikyan on his Facebook page.
"As far as I know, Mr. Abrahamyan also holds Armenian citizenship, and under these circumstances, the entry ban constitutes a direct violation of Article 40, Part 3 of the Constitution of Armenia," wrote the lawyer.
