France to Provide Additional 2 Billion Euros in Military Aid to Ukraine: Macron
France will provide an additional 2 billion euros in military aid to Ukraine. This was announced by President Emmanuel Macron, as reported by Le Monde.
"We must continue to provide immediate assistance to Ukraine; it is necessary for the resistance to continue," emphasized Macron.
"I have announced an additional 2 billion euros for... Milan anti-tank missiles, air defense systems such as MICA missiles, which are equipped on previously supplied Mirage aircraft, and Mistral missile systems. In addition, we have developed cooperation in the fields of satellite communications and intelligence," he stated.
According to Macron, France possesses resources available in its stocks to support Ukraine militarily.
During a press conference with Volodymyr Zelensky, Macron assured that France still has 'available and ready resources' of weaponry.
