US to Impose Sanctions Against Brazil at Musk's Initiative
The administration of US President Donald Trump plans to impose sanctions against several judges of Brazil's Federal Supreme Court who temporarily prohibited the operations of X in the South American republic in 2024. The primary initiator of the restrictive measures is Elon Musk, the owner of the social network, as reported by the Brazilian portal Metrópoles.
The White House intends to instruct the State Department to compile a list of all judges who have supported the limitation of X's activities in Brazil within 120 days.
