Mirzoyan Addresses Unblocking Communication Routes Between Armenia and Azerbaijan
The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Armenia, Ararat Mirzoyan, has addressed the unblocking of communication routes between Armenia and Azerbaijan, emphasizing that the infrastructures will remain under the jurisdiction of the respective country.
"All railways, roads, and infrastructures of the Republic of Armenia will remain and operate under the sovereignty of the Republic of Armenia, in accordance with the legislation," he stressed, adding that there is no need for control of these infrastructures by any third party.
“Civilized mechanisms recognized by the international community can be employed to ensure cargo security,” he stated.
