Pashinyan Addresses the Issue of Allowing Access to Azerbaijan
There are no provisions regarding the extradition of individuals and EU observers in the Peace Agreement, and after signing, Armenia and Azerbaijan will not deploy forces from third countries along the border. This was stated by Prime Minister Pashinyan during a briefing with journalists.
Regarding the issue of prisoners, he mentioned, “There is still no agreement with Baku on the matter of prisoners, but we are raising awareness of the issue.”
On the topic of allowing access to Azerbaijan, Pashinyan stated, “Yes, we will allow access, I have outlined the proposal made to Azerbaijan.”
