No parent would allow their child to play for free: Pashinyan
Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan noted that in many countries around the world, the practice of proceeding directly from a bachelor's degree to a master's degree is not common. "People take a pause; they want to understand what this profession is and what the job market looks like," he stated.
According to him, when discussing the continuity of education, people in Armenia understand it as: "You breathe in at zero grade, you exhale in the status of an academic. That's it, that's the continuity of education. I'm sorry, but that is absurd, and that is why we have what we have—tons and tons of diplomas, but in reality, when you want to understand what is happening, it is not quite like that."
