Armenian Foreign Ministry Statement on Affected Armenians in Syria
The Armenian Foreign Ministry is monitoring the developments in Syria. There are no Armenian citizens among the affected individuals. This was reported to 1Lurer by the ministry's spokesperson Ani Badalyan.
“The Consul General of Armenia in Aleppo is in contact with local authorities and community organizations. In recent days, there has been no change in the nature of the applications directed to the consulate by Armenian citizens; they mainly concern ongoing consular matters,” Badalyan stated.
