If The Issue Arises on Closing the Sector or Public Interest, I Will Choose Public Interest: Pashinyan
In response to MP Tadevos Avetisyan's question about whether the issue in the gambling sector is to prevent a social conflict or to increase tax burden, Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan stated that significant changes have occurred in this sector since 2018.
“I have a very radical stance on this issue, but I have never wanted and do not want my radical stance to deprive me of balanced approaches,” Pashinyan said. He added that if the question of closing the sector arises versus public interest, he would choose public interest.
