Ruben Vardanyan Issues Statement During Court Farce
Today, the trial against former Artsakh Prime Minister Ruben Vardanyan continued at the Baku court, revolving around fabricated charges. During what he described as a court farce, Ruben Vardanyan announced that he is rejecting the state-appointed defender and stated that his rights will only be defended by his contracted attorney, Abraham Berman.
The prosecution and the court did not object to this motion.
