When will I return to Artsakh, will I have the chance? This was mentioned by an Artsakh journalist to Alen Simonian. In response, Alen Simonian stated that he would return when it is safe.

"It will be safe when we sign a peace treaty. You left there because it was not safe, even though you could have stayed and fought until the end with the weapons that the RA had left behind. We should have fought. Armenia fought; you brought a pleasant government that signed the demise of that state a few days later."
