Trump to Impose Sanctions Against the ICC
U.S. President Donald Trump is set to impose financial sanctions against the International Criminal Court (ICC), according to NBC News, citing a copy of a letter regarding the relevant executive order.
"The order will involve both financial sanctions and visa restrictions against unnamed ICC officials and their family members who are involved in investigations against U.S. citizens or their allies," the report states. According to the publication, the measure is linked to the agency's allegations of "illegal attacks against the U.S. and Israel."
