Grigoryan on Additional Charges from Cards
The Deputy Mayor of Yerevan, Suren Grigoryan, addressed the circulating information regarding the alleged additional charges from bank cards for passenger transport services.
Grigoryan assured that investigations into such cases have shown that often citizens face issues, sometimes due to insufficient funds, resulting in debts that are collected later.
"It seems that additional money is being charged, but actually, a completely different process is taking place," said Grigoryan, adding that they are willing to investigate all issues, and if it is found that a technical error has occurred, they will certainly be examined, and if confirmed, the amounts will be reimbursed.
The Deputy Mayor emphasized that they are committed to addressing and investigating every issue. “At this moment, we have not recorded any cases supporting such claims,” noted Grigoryan.
