Bayramov on the Peace Treaty
The Foreign Ministers of Armenia and Azerbaijan are negotiating a peace treaty. This was announced to journalists by Azerbaijan's Foreign Minister Jeyhun Bayramov.
According to Bayramov, full agreement has not yet been reached on the two articles of the peace treaty. “Negotiations are ongoing. There are still claims over Azerbaijani territories in Armenia's constitution and legal documents. These issues need to be resolved,” Bayramov stated, noting that there is still no agreement on the venue and time for the next meeting.
