Georgian Prime Minister Proposes Initiative to Armenia and Azerbaijan
Georgia is proposing a trilateral cooperation initiative to Azerbaijan and Armenia across various sectors. This announcement was made by Georgian Prime Minister Irakli Garibashvili during the session of the Georgian-Azerbaijani intergovernmental commission on economic cooperation held in Baku.
“We are genuinely interested in taking pragmatic steps and facilitating cooperation in the region,” Garibashvili stated.
The day before, Georgia’s Foreign Minister Maka Botchorishvili mentioned that Georgia would deploy all its capabilities if necessary to achieve peace between Armenia and Azerbaijan.
