Former Armenian Minister of Defense Arrested in Moscow
Former Armenian Minister of Defense Arshak Karapetyan has been arrested in Moscow. This was reported today, December 30, by Izvestia.
It has been indicated that Karapetyan was taken into custody from Tverskaya Street in Moscow. He is wanted in Armenia for illegal participation in entrepreneurship and abuse of official powers.
Arshak Karapetyan served as the Minister of Defense of Armenia until his dismissal in November 2021.
