Relatives of the Missing Are Currently in Parliament to Meet with Andranik Kocharyan
Relatives of the missing individuals are currently in parliament meeting with Andranik Kocharyan, the chairman of the National Assembly Defense Committee, as reported by Azatutyun.
The arrangement for the meeting was made yesterday after a lengthy closure of Baghramyan Avenue, where the relatives gathered until they were met by National Assembly President Alen Simonian, who promised to organize the meeting with Kocharyan.
Andranik Kocharyan, who also heads the inquiry committee into the 44-day war, had previously declined to meet with all attendees, suggesting that only four people should attend the meeting. This condition was unacceptable to the families of the missing, who remained outside until they were able to converse with Alen Simonian.
